Book Your Sign Now that you’ve decided on the perfect sign, it’s time to book it in advance. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we’ll also need your contact information and the recipient’s details – names, addresses, and all that good stuff. STEP 3

We Take Care of Installation Sit back and relax while we handle the heavy lifting. We’ll deliver, install, and set up your chosen sign at the agreed-upon date and time. And don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging – we’ll also come back to pick up the sign at the end of the rental period. Please keep in mind that full payment must be completed 24 hours prior to delivery to ensure a smooth process. Oh, and one more thing – any personalized bundle, star signs, or pet signs will be left behind as keepsakes. However, generic bundles won’t be left behind.

Do I need to have a lawn for the stork sign installation?

Absolutely! To ensure the proper installation and safe display of our stork signs, we require a traditional residential lawn. This means having an open space of grass with unobstructed soil. Unfortunately, we cannot install signs in areas covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, or thick landscaping. Additionally, we cannot place signs where public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures are present. We want to avoid impeding access to these areas, risking fines, or having our signs destroyed. Our team will drive a stake 10 inches into the ground for proper and safe installation. If you have any questions about installation or location requirements, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

If you don’t have a yard, you can still add a personal touch to your birth announcement with our adorable personalized bundles! These delightful bundles are the perfect way to share the joy of your newborn’s arrival with friends and family. Customize them with your baby’s name, birthdate, and other special details to make your announcement truly memorable. Hang them on your hospital room door, your home’s front door, or anywhere you’d like to celebrate this precious moment. Our personalized bundles are versatile and ready to make your announcement special, no matter where you choose to display them!

When should I reserve a stork?

We’d love to assist you with your birth announcement signs! To secure your preferred delivery date, we recommend reserving our signs in advance if you have a scheduled delivery. However, if it’s a surprise arrival, no worries! Just give us a call as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll do our best to set up the stork sign before the new family arrives home from the hospital. We typically install the signs Monday-Friday but we can make arrangements for Saturday upon request. If you’ve already filled out our form, we’ll give you a call to confirm your order and take payment over the phone. In case you haven’t heard from us, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

How long can I rent the Stork Sign for?

Looking for a special way to announce your new bundle of joy to the world? Our charming stork signs are perfect for that! For birth announcements, you can rent our stork sign for a full 7 days, allowing your family and friends to enjoy it as well. If you’re planning an event, you can rent our adorable stork signs for one day to add a touch of whimsy to your celebration. Where will you install the newborn announcement sign in the yard?

We want to ensure that your stork sign is placed in the perfect spot for capturing all your special moments and photo opportunities. By default, we stake the sign in the front yard, making it easily visible from the road. However, if you have a specific location in mind, kindly let us know before we arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction with the placement of the stork sign is our top priority!

How do I place my order? How do I pay for your service?

Placing your order for our adorable stork signs is super easy! You have multiple options to share all the important details with us. To make payment convenient for you, we offer various options such as credit card over the phone, Venmo, or Zelle. Once payment is completed, we will reserve your yard sign and prepare it for delivery. Just remember, full payment must be received before we can schedule your sign’s delivery.

What is your service area?

We’re happy to serve the Santa Clarita Valley – (Valencia, Newhall, Saugus  Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, Val Verde, and Aqua Dulce). If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your specific location, please reach out to us, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

How much does the new baby stork lawn sign cost? Do you charge any additional fees?

We’d be delighted to help you celebrate the arrival of your little one with our adorable stork signs! The cost of renting a stork sign for your birth announcement is just $125. This includes a personalized bundle that you can keep as a sweet memento. If you’re located within 10 miles of our base, delivery is free. For locations farther out, up to 15 miles, an additional $10 fee applies. Don’t worry about the setup or pickup—we take care of everything! Our goal is to ensure you can fully enjoy this special time with your new bundle of joy.

How much are sibling/message stars/dog bones and cat signs?

Looking to add some extra charm to your baby announcement? Our sibling star signs, message signs, dog bones, or cat signs are the perfect way to include the whole family in the celebration! Each of these signs can be personalized with your own message and is available for just $30 each. At the end of the rental period, you can keep these signs as keepsakes. They come in both pink and blue variants to ensure everyone can feel included in the fun. What service do you offer for twins, triplets, and quadruplets?

Hey there! If you’re blessed with multiple births, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We offer separate stork signs for each baby. That’s right! Each bundle carries the details of each precious little one. Reach out to us to learn more about our special offer for multiple births!

What signs do you offer for proud grandparents?

Congratulations on becoming a grandparent! We understand it’s a special moment, and we’d love to help you announce it to the world. We offer stork signs for proud grandparents as well, starting at $100 for generic bundles or $125 for personalized bundles. The storks can be rented for 7 days and will be installed in your yard, sharing the exciting news with your community. The personalized bundles have the baby’s details and are left behind as keepsakes when we pick up the storks. Contact us to learn more about renting a stork sign for your grandbaby announcement.

Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that payment be made 24 hours before the stork delivery date. This will help avoid order cancellation. We’ll get in touch with you via phone, text, or email to remind you of the pending payment and ensure everything is in order for your special occasion. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

What is your refund policy?

We always strive to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability. If any issues arise with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund. However, please note that we require a 24-hour notice to fulfill any last-minute requests that weren’t previously discussed at the time of booking. You’re eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

  • You cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
  • Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund in the following situations:
  • We can’t access a gated community due to a lack of gate code or an incorrect code.
  • The security guard at a gated community refuses to let us enter, and we can’t wait for more than 10 minutes while they try to contact the homeowner for access.
  • The homeowner or recipient doesn’t allow us to set up the sign or asks us to remove it before the end of the rental period.
  • A threatening animal, such as a dog, prevents us from accessing the property.
  • The location doesn’t have a traditional lawn, which we define as a wide expanse of unobstructed soil with grass on top. We always do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our service, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.
